Brunei agrees greater cooperation in healthcare

The Ministers for Health of Singapore and Brunei have signed a Memorandum of Understanding [MOU] to foster greater co–operation in healthcare by the two countries.

The document provides a comprehensive framework for greater collaboration between healthcare establishments and enables both countries to:

• share each other’s experience in healthcare activities,

 

• promote training exchanges between the two countries,

• promote business opportunities in the healthcare sector.

This is an expansion of an existing MOU which was introduced in 2004 which focused on medical training and research.
