



Norway: Special measures to help the most needy
National strategy aims to reduce inequalities in health
The Government of Norway has recently initiated a long–term strategy to reduce social inequalities in health.
Future policy will continue to build on general welfare schemes and to implement special measures to help people with the most problems.
There will also be targeted initiatives to promote social inclusion, develop knowledge and tools that can be used across various sectors.
