



Principality of Monaco: Champion takes up new post
Jerome Galtier appointed as Delegate for the disabled
The Principality of Monaco has recently appointed Jerome Galtier as The Delegate for the disabled. Mr Galtier is well qualified for his new role as he has experience in working for the disabled in the principality.
The Delegate is set to meet people, as well as organisations in this field, to better understand their expectations and needs. The discussions should result in a report on reception centres, accommodation, medical care, welfare benefits, leisure, accessibility and mobility in town and, the integration of the disabled within the Principality.
Mr Galtier is also in charge of measures to co–ordinate administrative departments and associations, in order to improve the material, moral and financial situation of the disabled. He will also take part in the finalisation of the Government bill on social measures for the benefit of the disabled.
